At Thunder Creek Coffee, we roast your coffee fresh to order and ship it directly to you for maximum freshness.

Shipping Rates:

  • FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States
  • International Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout based on destination

Processing Time:

  • Fresh-Roasted Coffee: Orders are roasted fresh and typically ship within 2-3 business days
  • Apparel & Merchandise: Ships within 1-2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

Delivery Time:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3-7 business days after shipment
  • International: 7-21 business days depending on location and customs processing
  • You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

What We Ship:

  • Fresh-roasted coffee beans and pods
  • Coffee merchandise and apparel
  • Tea and specialty items

Shipping Locations:

  • We ship to all 50 US states
  • International shipping available to select countries
  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses accepted

Order Tracking:

  • You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships
  • Track your package using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email

Shipping Delays:

  • While rare, delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high volume periods
  • We're not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe and we'll help track it down

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at thundercreekcoffee@yahoo.com
  • We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund
  • Please save all packaging materials if items arrive damaged

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order
  • We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order

Peak Season Shipping:

  • During holidays and peak seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended
  • We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery
  • Any delays will be communicated via email
