REFUND POLICY

At Thunder Creek Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we roast our coffee fresh to order, we have the following return policy:

Our Return Options:

  • Store Credit (Preferred): We typically offer store credit for returns, which can be used on any future purchase with no expiration date
  • Full Refunds: Available for damaged, defective items, or if we made an error with your order

Fresh Coffee Products:

  • If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at thundercreekcoffee@yahoo.com
  • Coffee must be unopened and in its original packaging to be eligible for return
  • We'll issue store credit for the full purchase amount
  • For opened bags with quality issues, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right

Apparel & Merchandise:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Store credit will be issued within 2-3 business days after we receive the return
  • Full refunds available only for defective items

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sample packs that have been opened
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at thundercreekcoffee@yahoo.com with photos
  • We'll send a replacement at no cost OR issue a full refund to your original payment method

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Return shipping address will be provided when you contact us

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at thundercreekcoffee@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide return authorization and shipping address
  3. Ship the item back to us with tracking
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll issue your store credit or refund

Store Credit Details:

  • Store credit never expires
  • Can be used on any product in our store
  • Transferable - you can gift it to a friend
  • We'll email you a unique discount code for your credit amount
